Zaps And Sybaritic

I haven't bought anything from either of these 2, so does anyone know if they're any good, like if I need to return goods. How long have they been running, I don't want a company going bum after I bought stuff from them.
 
Zaps, I've never used, but many use them and are loyal to them.

Sybaritic, I like a lot, and make use of pretty often (they have, in my experience, excellent service.)

I've started using Prophecy in the last couple of months though. They have excellent pricing, great service and I'm just completely smitten with them.

I buy my hardware from either Sybaritic or Prophecy, depending on the deal and range :)
 
Sybaritic I've used for most of my stuff. Haven't used Zaps, never reply to my e-mails, use Landmark PC's now often too.
 
I've used Zaps and the experience left me in doubt. After THEY made mistakes in my order they turned sour and offish. Instead of getting my product ASAP, it was delayed and came in a box that looked used and squashed ( a piece of plastic was broken off the product and guess what, installation CD was scratched). I'm guessing I got a 2nd hand jobby... I didn't even contact them again, they would have wasted more of my time. Could be isolated .. or not. If someone from Zaps reads this and has a prob with what I'm saying, you're welcome to PM me and I will give you order numbers and you'll remember.
 
sybaritic is very good... sometimes a bit slow but thats because if i want something done, i want it done immediately : D
 
I used both and like both, just depends on which is cheaper.

Brought from both of them a number of times...some deals from Zaps is simply awesome (at least when I was still in SA)

Just give Chris (i think his name was) a call and he'll sort you out.
 
My order list from Sybaritic over the last couple of years is about 3 pages long. :)
 
Sybaritic is good yes, ordered numerous times.

I can't comment on Zaps.

Prophecy never even bothered responding to a R3000 query I recently placed with them so I took my business elsewhere. They also ignored a follow-up email I sent to inquire why.

both are excellent. haven't had issued with one of them. in fact game-wise i would prefer to deal with zaps over running to btgames...

can concur there. also wanted something from Prophecy who still are getting back to me after almost a year.
