Telkom's 10 Mbps ADSL network upgrades to continue

"business as usual" - can we expect everything to fall over again?
 
ROFL, this whole agreement thing is a pile of bull.

FIFA Agreement: We hereby agree to not undertake any tasks that may disrupt service delivery and quality for a period of 4 weeks.

Now that the agreement is over, is the new agreement: We hereby agree to undertake tasks that my disrupt service delivery and quality again. ?

What is it that we have to do to get an agreement like: We hereby agree to undertake tasks that my disrupt service delivery and quality, without impacting our existing client base, and where an impact is unavoidable, the clients will be well fore-warned with alternatives put in place. ?
 
You obviously have to buy Telkom and apply these changes yourself! :D
 
I like that fact so many people think they are gonna be upgraded to 10mbit, areas that can support 10mbit are few and far between
