Trying to do internet banking with one of the most expensive banks in the country which is ABSA. Their internet banking is slow like **** today. So slow that is is not workable at all. Must be the worst day for companies, people for their internet banking to be crashing today. End of Month and Financial Year.

Wonder why I pay so much to this ****ty bank anyway ? Time to move just need to move my Bond as well, that is the only reason I am still there:mad:

I also tried. The site loads at a shockingly crappy rate. Its unusable ATM

I think it is down, I can't connect. Was fine this morning.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS like this at the end of the month. Their system can probably not handle the overload.

WHAT EXACTLY ARE THEY DOING WITH THE BILLIONS OF FEES THEY MAKE OUT OF THEIR CLIENTS?

Get a proper system running, you incompetents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In all fairness this is the first time that I am having issues.

Issues with nedbank as well. Cant load anything, just white screens with the bottom task bar saying, waiting for server response.

Clients phoning me also, ABSA and Netbank having issues. At least SARS will get a couple of extra rand from penalties !!!

It is frustrating, normally I do my internet banking earlier, but due to some other issues I am only able to do it today. You expect Internet Banking to be available especially the last day of the month and financial year

If you want to be REALLY frustrated, call their helpline/call centre to ask why they are having this problem and when it will be solved.

If you are going to be having problems - as you do every month - in heaven's name, at least train your people to give proper responses, instead of "umm, errr, we do not know".
