No response on ADSL connection

I've been using my connection - Afrihost uncapped - all night when the connection suddenly dropped. The router reports that the line is synching fine, but when it tries to connect to the isp it times out with a "no response" error. Anyone have a similar issue? Have rebooted the router hard and soft to no avail. Any suggestions?

Same issue on all my side - Openweb Uncapped, Axxess and WA prepaid.
