4.3.2 can't be any worse than 4.3.1

It can if you can't jailbreak any time soon , or downgrade to 4.3.1 ever again, or upgrade to 4.3.1 ever again it can
Always best to save it anyways.. Not like it's hard to do

Just be careful with TinyUmbrella as it modifies your hosts file. If you try and update the firmware of a non-jailbroken device that doesn't have it's SHSH blobs saved, it causes all kinds of drama, as I learned the hard way.
Yup had the same, but figured out what was wrong quite quickly. I've had to help 2 friends out with stock restores recently due to the entry having being added by TinyUmbrella, I always check that 1st thing on anyones machine when I am now asked.

Nope, as soon as you run TinyUmbrella it modifies the hosts file regardless of what you do inside the app.

Seems a bit odd that they would do this. Why not just make a "Start Cydia Server" button instead...
