Hi there

We received information that Telkom started to upgrade some DSL512 lines to 1Mbps.

If you have a 512 Kbps ADSL connection, can you please check if you have been bumped up to 1Mbps? Can you also please give feedback with your region included (like Centurion - no upgrade)?

Call 10219. Ask for upgrade. Wait +/- 2 minutes, reboot modem, upgrade done. No longer paying R152, but R326. Pro rata for period up until next billing cycle.

Edit: The reboot modem is actually not necessary, it just feels good when the speed displays as 1024 / 512. :)
