Users now have the option to test the 8ta Self Service portal.

Please navigate to the following link http://home.8ta.com/my8ta

Under New Members click on Register.

Fill in all fields and click on Register.

You will then be presented with your Username.

Please note: this is a Beta, so please log any bugs on this thread or email [email protected]

Still need that damn sms code, so means taking sim out of modem, ipad and looking for a phone to put it in etc etc, Yawnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn :(

Can't I please have a different username!? Sounds silly, but Tacet is just so much easier and faster to type in, especially from a laptop.

Secondly, it tells me that my available balance is Rxxx, which I suspect is actually what I owe you. Beneath that there are options to buy data bundles. It seems as though I can buy with my debt.

Thirdly: I have one account, but two products: Hulk and Contract 1. I suspect that the total account for both is shown, so the system is aware of both, but how do I specify which one I want to buy bolt-on data for?
 
what services are offered here? more specifically, is it mostly for contract customers rather than prepaid?
 
Works 100% for me as far as i can tell. Much easier for me to check balances now so I'm happy.

Once the mail server is up and running, I'm sure you can use an alias.

I wonder if that is not the amount you're allowed to buy extra data bundles with on your account?

that's probably the standard price of the package, i.e. not the special price
 
Registered a week ago, now when i login i get told "no account attached to MSISDN" Call centre are like lost farts in a perfume factory.
