You don't get charged for anything if you're not subscribed and cannot receive any channels.Well my friend got TopTV, then she canceled it after two months, all because they repeat more than DSTV.
When she wanted to reconnect it they told her there was a outstanding balance of R1200-00.
When questioning it, TopTV say she canceled her bouquet but not her Decoder signal, so she got charged for the service every month even though the decoder says "your service has been suspended".
Sly tactics used by TopTV! They say there are two cancellations you have to do, how are you suppose to know this when no one tells you?
So basically you can't watch any channels but still get charged?
Why would I pay DSTv R20 per month for something I'm not using?
You mean the digital signal that degrades when the wind blows and disappears completely when it rains? They now charge for that?you pay just for the digital quality instead of the snow analog sabc picture quality
