Can someone from Vodacom please monitor the responses here on MyBroadband. Somethings not right.

So would you rather have cut'n'paste hellopeter type replies then?
Are you Vodacomdata? (Sorry if I wasn't aware).

I would rather have full and frank replies instead of flippant ones to be honest.

Between VodacomData, jannievanzyl and ocleroux many many Vodacom customers have been helped via this forum. They are all human and I fully expect their emotions and nuances to show up in their posts. I don't read any malice in those replies and I don't see what your issue is (not that the OP's problem has anything to do with you in any event).

Chill dude. Seriously, no need to get so defensive. I've already told you I thought the replies were unexpectedly cheeky. I didn't expect that from Vodacom, so I mentioned it.

Cheeky. VD is not your child to cheek you. He will resolve the matter. Congratulations on taking bboy's statement and elaborating on it, considering everybody is a lawyer since the CPA, i have missed my calling....

He is the supplier in the sales/customer relationship. As such, he must be respectful and polite at all times as the CEO will tell you. (Just ask).

Ive done my studies, i know when to be respectful. when im not is when one person decides to take a mans statement and turn it into a crusade. i do apologise if i have unleashed your inner pedant in the process.

Read reply 6 and 13. Cheeky much.

Hi Lounger

Please accept my apologies , it was not my intention to offend anyone or come across as cheeky in my responses to this thread. i will try to keep my responses more formal.

No you wanted someone else from Vodacom to take notice, i.e. reprimand VodacomData for something that is clearly trivial and now you've suckered him into an apology.

Anyway, this thread is done.
