Are you Vodacomdata? (Sorry if I wasn't aware). So would you rather have cut'n'paste hellopeter type replies then?

I would rather have full and frank replies instead of flippant ones to be honest.
Chill dude. Seriously, no need to get so defensive. I've already told you I thought the replies were unexpectedly cheeky. I didn't expect that from Vodacom, so I mentioned it.Between VodacomData, jannievanzyl and ocleroux many many Vodacom customers have been helped via this forum. They are all human and I fully expect their emotions and nuances to show up in their posts. I don't read any malice in those replies and I don't see what your issue is (not that the OP's problem has anything to do with you in any event).

He is the supplier in the sales/customer relationship. As such, he must be respectful and polite at all times as the CEO will tell you. (Just ask).Cheeky. VD is not your child to cheek you. He will resolve the matter. Congratulations on taking bboy's statement and elaborating on it, considering everybody is a lawyer since the CPA, i have missed my calling....
