News24, Supersport and Mweb are all Naspers companies so you can't really say that from this list.Go Mweb!
They seem quite big in the local hosting market!
What is Howzit.MSN?!:erm:
It's obvious that Naspers will prefer to host it's subsidiaries' websites, makes business sense.
Yip, same for Vodacom and Microsoft... so we left with:
News24 MWEB
IOL Internet Solutions
News24 mobile MWEB
MyBroadband Hetzner
TimesLive Internet Solutions
JunkMail Internet Solutions
Why differentiate between new24 and news24 mobile? Honestly a bigger sample of websites would have made sense... with the likes of Gumtree.co.za, etc...
were is google.co.za hosted
were is google.co.za hosted
Would love to know what datacenter they reside in .. somewhere in CPT from what I can gather...
Nope, most of Google's IP's route to their HQ, being Mountain View, California. Where the request is routed to from there is probably based on some clever location and server load balancing algorithm. It's a bit old(2008), but still interesting!
yeah, clearly the local mirror is merely a load balancer or something but it definitely is in SA, you can't get pings like this off anywhere in the states... from an adsl line at least.
