More spectrum delays from the DoC

This is not good. One delay after the next, which is why this process has taken years already.
 
Hope it will help them sort out contracts compliance with CPA first.
 
lets rather start reporting on *real* news, "dina pule beats 11am deadline and gets breakfast at mcdonalds".

the department of miscommunications is useless. dina pule is useless.
 
Until the DoC’s policy is finalised, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) can’t proceed with its plans to license high-demand spectrum in the 800MHz and 2600MHz bands.
