Afrihost has launched SA's very first systems integrated App, now available via Apple's Appstore. The App currently works with iPhones and is iPad compatible, but more improvements and compatibility with other devices are planned for the very near future.

You can download the app here:-

That will be useful.

Good that is also available in US store. Downloading now.

Actually its not a first for SA. SAINET have had apps out for a while now. Well done on concentrating on the smaller iphone market rather than the larger android market :D

EDIT: I was wrong. SAINET have not released their app into the wild yet, so it does not count :D Afrihost win this one!

Bring on the Android app,and add network notices to it ;)

Tested and it works. Would be nice if you could introduce usage per day and hour split between download and upload.

Thanks for the various bits of feedback so far. Please keep giving us more ideas :)

The current version is essentially a "beta" before we roll out the app on more platforms.

It would be cool if later versions could include all of this functionality:

As I manage multiple accounts, this is very useful.

I would however prefer that the bandwidth remaining is displayed differently. Instread of showing a green bar, which steadily decreases until there is nothing left (essentially a bandwidth countdown), I would prefer it to show what has been used by counting up. I would also like it if the graph or indicator had demarkations @ intervals eg. Every five GB or whatever would fit.

Other than that, I like it very much & it is very useful.

You expect people to do math to figure out how much data is left? :D

Maybe give users the option to change it either way to suit their personal preference.
