:wtf:Nzb too complicated.
Speechless :wtf: My IDM (8 threads) downloads maxes out at around 600KB/s constant (torrents at 450KB/s), sabnzbd with Giganews was definitely maxing out my connection, it took +-15 minutes minutes for 750MB! That is like 800KB/s. Will test out my full 10GB first though...
Odd thing though my data/bandwidth monitoring software is stationery as if nothing is happening...
EDIT: The whole thing seemed like I'm copying a movie from a wireless network (that fast!) One mone t copy, one moment done...
Anyone know where to get reliable links?
I've downloaded now 2 .rared movies with one of those stupid surveys.
Urgh, a subscription for a search engine. /dies...

You don't need a paid news server if your ISP offers one, who are you with?
Also NZBMatrix for anything newer than 20 days, NZB.su for anything older, I've never had a password protected .rar.
Of course now that you are on the Usenet train you have to look into SickBeard and CouchPotato.
It's a once off payment of $7 and well worth it.Once you have Sickbeard and SABnzbd set-up there is no looking back.

Forgive me, I'm a complete usenet noob. I'm content with torrents and its the cost that puts me off. The costs are paid to who exactly ? Cause if theres a way to get all this going for zero cost other that internet fees... Then I'm interested. I'm with Web Africa.
