Vodacom BlackBerry service down once again (11 January 2013)

Is it just Vodacom? My Cell C BIS hasn't been working well since sometime last week.
 
I cannot wait to leave both Vodacom and Blackberry. Tried to reach their call centre an hour or so ago, and was cut off more than 10 times, once in the middle of chatting to a consultant.
 
If you are on prepaid how do you set it up that they deduct the R59 when you load airtime?
 
I am on vodacom, not using a ****ty BB, and I never have a problem. It's the fact that your BB internet traffic has to go through Canada, before it comes to you, that makes it so slow and fail often. Moral of the story: Don't use BB.
 
This is bigger than just the networks. Am connected to my WIFI at work and while I have BIS connectivity, it is severely degraded and I can't load pics in the facebook APP....
 
Update from Vodacom: BlackBerry services are coming back online. Cause still unknown.
