Telkom and IS DNS problem

Can someone on Telkom and IS please check this for me.
www.themugg.com

Works perfect on Mweb but has been getting reports of the DNS not resolving at all (tracert gives unable to resolve target system name) on IS and Telkom.

Anyone know of an issue with them?
 
Just confirmed this by remoting into a machine and changing the DNS to Google's Public. Doesn't work before, works perfect after. Not so great, actually. Strange that I have not seen any reports of DNS issues today.

Can't access themugg at all, telkom capped.
 
If you're on Telkom and having DNS trouble, try using 196.43.1.11 (jhb) and 196.25.1.11 (cpt) as your primary and secondary servers, prioritizing depending on your location. These servers weren't intended for use by DSL customers - so keep it as a temporary workaround only
 
When you have a 100's of clients changing the DNS manually is not an option. Finding out why there's DNS issues and getting the relevant ISP's to fix them is the way forward.
