Seacom cable break update (15 April 2013)

Also thought it has been resolved already...

Well so far it has only been breaks, I'm waiting for the day that somebody runs off with a piece thinking it contains copper...... :D
 
You might not notice a lack of speed on normal browsing, but you start to notice it when you go the Nzb or p2p route. Here and there a web page also loads a bit slower, but can say everything is acceptable so far.

Does that mean I will be able to use a lot of the IRC Channels that I currently cannot connect to properly?
