Will you guys please let this obsession with Dina Pule go now and focus on stories that is remotely linked to technology?

She is no longer in charge of the DOC, so there is no excuse for still posting articles about her issues.

There are lots of other websites that cater for tabloid stories.

So shoot me for getting tired of that lady's ugly mug messing up an otherwise excellent front page so often.

It is beyond me why they are making this such a big story. Why is it such a surprise that she did what she did? Anyone who still takes these clowns seriously should do a reality check.

The new head honcho at the DOC is no different, so please don't act surprised when history repeats itself.

Wake me when someone that is qualified and really wants to change things for the better gets his hands on the reigns.

Examples of people that would be a perfect fit for this position, would be Rudi Jansen and Lars Reichelt. They really pushed for change while they were in charge of their respective companies.

On Wednesday, Parliament’s joint committee on ethics and members interests found Pule guilty of breaching the code of conduct for MPs and recommended maximum penalties allowed by the rules, which include a reprimand by the speaker of the National Assembly during a sitting of the House, a fine of an equivalent of 30 days’ salary, a suspension of her privileges for 15 days and an exclusion from any parliamentary debates or committees during that period.

Redeployment of cadres. I thought that when you got fired you were out but this is obviously not the case. It means that behind the scenes the government ministerial employees only get more and more.
 
Sexwale, Mathale and Mathole Motshega have all found their way back into the administration.

Those guys you mention are not senior ANC members and part of Zoomer's inner circle, so you can forget about them ever being in a senior Gov post. Most of all we need a regime change, hopefully 2014 elections already. A more liberal and more competent, modern bunch of ministers.

Actually it directly affects the DoC, firstly there is money that has been misappropriated from the DoC that could go in to something we actually need.

Then there is the precedent - if she gets nailed for misconduct and criminal charges it shows the next ministers that they can't get away with it.

Lastly there are potentially many current contracts and staff who were set up by Pule, thus DoC is being affected by her until this gets sorted out.
 
If Dinosaurus Pule wants to keep her name on the party guest lists to show off her boyfriend's designer Italian stilettos, she should change her name to Virginia Innocent Pule (VIP), that is the only way she will be able to worm her way back into the rotten inner core that has that shower head sticking out of it (Zapiro can use that idea).

Ostrich much? of course this is relevant to MyBB and the broadband community at large. Who was the last minister of communications to be fired?
