How do I know if my port has been successful?

Have been on Nashua for ages and asked them to switch me to cell c prepaid at the end of August; so that I can pick up a contract with Vodacom.

I haven't received any communications since, besides the confirmation document that was signed at the time.

How do I know whether or not this has happened?
 
You should receive confirmation sms as soon as the port is complete. Vodacom should be able to initiate the port from their side when the new contract is activated. *DM*

Thanks for your response - happily I've sorted it out with Nashua and all is now in order. :)
 
Now i wish to check cellular numbers under my name.
 
@siyaa that is possible with RICA. Noticed with CELL C when you contact their call centre they know exactly what numbers are linked to your ID number was quite surprised with that implementation and felt like my privacy has been violated.
 
Now you understand why cellphone companies accepted RICA legislation so easy and didn't try to oppose it. They received carrots.
