What's happening with International Links Afrihost?
I tested it as well and my stats looked similar.

I see it points to the USA.
I'm coming from an ISP where that would be a 360ms ping on a good day and double that on a bad day.
If I may ask, what times would you normally expect?

Generally we see between 260ms and 280ms if we're routing directly to the US. If you're being rerouted via another network, then it may differ though.

IIJM or does anyone else get frustrated with open a support ticket? Once every 2 years gets me frustrated.

Simple request to move my 1GB Free account from my now unused personal Afrihost billing account to my second active business Afrihost billing account so I can monitor/administer all my products under one ClientZone. I see that as straight forward. Ticket system, not so much.

AfriSomeone, please help.

Definitely, but for me it is on the hosting side.

We're definitely not doing so well on ticket response times. I think Gian just sent out an email to all our clients, talking about service levels and some areas where we falling short :(

Send me a PM with both ClientZone usernames and I should be able to sort this for you in a jiffy :)

I don't know when this is planned. I think we're still waiting for confirmation from MTN on the new IPC pricing from Telkom etc. as per the MyBB article.

But I know that we are going to pass on any savings we receive to our clients - we're just awesome that way :)

Hey, I'm busy pulling an Apple here and are busy copyrighting the word "soon". Just think how much money I can make of AH. :)
 
The problem here is when more and more people join, it's going to increase shaping for everyone and increase demand on the network unfortunately :D :) I just hope things stay steady and smooth for now

I want, no I NEED to move to AH.... and I its gonna happen at month end as sure as the X Box remote works on a PC....:)
