Please early adopters post feedback, traceroutes, speedtests and traceroutes here.
 
Been using an account for a week or so now. Will upload some stuff tonight maybe.
 
My account is only kicking in on 1 July since I have to wait a month for OW's calendar month crap. But so far I can give a big thumbs up for customer service. I send in my request at 1am in the morning and they replied within 5mins.

thats because some of their management are vampires

...
and because 24 hour support is the way the Internet should be

They only have a few customers, so let's not judge them on that yet. I'm worried that they are being cagey about the identity of their upstream provider.

Afrihost also has 24/7 support, but after hours it goes to their inbox or you wait 2 minutes between IM response. Semantics vs. reality.

That's certainly not the site. We'll get a teaser up there soon rather than that horrible testing bed that's there now...

Crystal Web employs 24 hour support staff on all support channels, including telephone...

But this account will be liberally used by all once I trust them enough. Paul can register his own...
