Has anyones points been corrected as of yet? I am still missing points for international purchase and will
Nope nothing here. Call centre told me it'll be resolved yesterday but still nothing......
Nope - been told its now been escalated to Card with a 48hr turn around.

48 hours is a joke. I was told mine will be done today, 12 November, but still nothing. Will give them an hour or so before I call again. Was hoping to buy e-vouchers by tomorrow, so I can have them in time for the weekend.

Am on fee saver with a classic credit card
I notified them saturday morning so in effect they want 4 days to resolve their own problem. Also wanting to use my eBucks but i refuse to use them on 20% discount when rightfully i should get 40%
Bets on it not being resolved by Friday...?

I think its easier for me to hit level 5 for me on platinum assuming I understand some of the rules correctly.
I created an excel ebucks plat/gold calculator for whoever is keen to use. You just need to enter '1' for whatever you qualify for.

I have found them to be close to useless in previous dealings so good luck to you!
They really are useless. Phoned them on Saturday to say points weren't allocated to me. Called back today to follow up and the lady says it wasn't even escalated! And you'll never get to speak to the same person so you have to explain everything all over again

currently online with ebucks consultant. She says international purchas, you need to physically swipe your card, otherwise its an online purchase, and I already got points for that. I call bullsht

I call bull**** too. Please let us know what happens.
I also heard that you don't qualify for the international purchase points unless its over R1000 spend a month.
Can anyone provide some clarity on this as I didn't get those points either and I pay eBay / PayPal / Hosting via my CC...

Did not loose out on the reward level with this new system. Was on level 2 before remained on level 2 now.
What I don't understand is how can it tell me that I can get more points with registering for inContact when I have been registered since my account opened.
That 500 points would have pushed me to level 3

Thanks so much for this- just worked out that if I upgrade my cc to a platinum card, will be on RL2 but if I downgrade my cheque account to gold- will be on RL5 so guess that's what we will be doing!
