The Axxess mobile rollover process has been reviewed and this is the out come of it :D.

We have decided to change the rollover from "LIFO" to "FIFO" like so many of our clients asked for. We also decided that, should you wish to up/downgrade your package you would not lose any of your rollover data. Have a look at this image and give us your opinions. rollover_explain.jpg

Vodacom has 2 month rollover, but new data is consumed first. What is your policy Axxess_Lady?
Was the same (Last In First Out), it has now been updated to First In First Out.

Hi sajunky, our rollover policy reads as follows: Should you not use all of your purchased data within a month (1st to last day of each month); the unused data will carry over to the following month for a period of 3 months. As your data is exhausted the data from the previous month will be added to your current data first, thereafter the rollover data from the month before that is added and so forth. Data carried over and not used within 3 months will fall away at the end of month 3.
This has now been updated to: Should you not use all of your purchased data within a month (1st to last day of each month); the unused data will carry over to the following month for a period of 3 months. The first month's unused rollover data will then be used when your current months data is depleted. This will work on the First In First Out principle.

That sucks and not worth smiling about.

Should be First in, First Out.
Guess what, this is exactly what we have done, hopefully this is something worth smiling about?

Wow, I love when client feedback is taken to heart and changed for the better. All those haters, come on back ;-)

Well done Axxess; not only listening, but also setting consumer friendly standards! I must check MTN coverage now, two days ago received SMS about pending network improvements in my area. Looking forward to join Axxess. :)

Only saw now my comment was quoted :D

Well Done Axxess :D

I would have been impressed except for one thing...

I can't even get connectivity on my device for the last two months (4th time I have raised issues - each time it takes days to resolve - the service and support are non-existant - I have now given up and cancelled; and I'm demanding a refund. So caveat emptor I guess.
