100% :)

Was sitting again today fretting about how we can deliver the growth government requires for their 2020 targets without spectrum. We're really in a predicament.

If other highly populated areas such as the USA, UK, Japan, Hong Kong, Europe etc can supply sufficient spectrum within which to operate and supply sufficient data.....then what is the problem with South Africa ? Surely, if it was organised properly, there should be plenty spectrum available in our comparatively low density geographical location.

Yet their smartphone contracts barely offer any data at all.

It would be interesting to get a sense of the smartphone data via Wi-Fi.

In most countries studied, Wi-Fi data exceeds cellular data

Yes, that's a fair assumption. I presume that Vodacom (being fairly sophisticated in this respect) does its planning based on estimated split's between private (home, study, business) and commercial hotspots, and projections based on current trending, as new free-public and commercial sites roll out?

I can see the improvements on the Vodacom network. Keep it up. I feel sorry for Cell C and the smaller guys who don't have the capital to roll out the same quality network.
