Back to the age old problem - 20 minutes waiting for WA support to answer the phone.

Tried twice this evening without success.

When this happened a few months back they claimed their queuing system was faulty - must have gone down again! More likely there aren't enough people on duty. Grrrrrrrrrr

Still can't get anybody to answer. Almost 24 hours now.

PM 'd the WA rep this morning, no response. I can actually understand though, he might not work weekends.

ADSL problem persists. HELLOOOOOOOOOO! ANYBODY IN SUPPORT!!!!
