I don't understand. It has to have, otherwise it wouldn't be able to connect. The phone is your key itself, there are external ways to protect it. If you lose the phone, there is the same procedure as replacing SIM card. In Telegram there is an option to deactivate all other devices.Telegram also added unlock code into the app itself. So if someone get's a hold of your phone..... good luck
