Cannot connect DSTV desktop player via Telkom ADSL

I'm using the DSTV desktop player and still downloaded two movies yesterday. Today it doesn't connect at all, just get the message below. Tried with two different Telkom ADSL accounts, one capped the other uncapped, two different lines and modems. Immediately connects via Afrihost ADSL and Vodacom 3g. Any likelihood Telkom is blocking the port? Streaming via the web player works as usual.

Login and start your downloads on afrihost or 3g, then pause it, then switch back to telkom adsl and continue the downloads as a interim measure. Worked for me.
