Best ISP for lowest EU ping

Hello

I play DOTA on Europe server and was wondering which ISP is the best for low EU ping. (Luxembourg)

most IS based ISPs would be great

Crystal Web, Web Africa or Connection.co.za come to mind

Pretty sure slvr will vouch for how solid our uncapped network is on gaming. :)
 
Most use the same infrastructure. It is the local piece that gives quite a bit of ping, for me it is ~170ms to Luxemburg. Also depends on exchange congestion.
Afrihost + Axxess use MTN backbone, the rest use Internet solutions. There are also always deviations due to traffic rules etc.

EDIT: I see Crystal Web responded, they have one of the best networks, they are also pricey in return.
Only true way to know is get a trial account from all of them and test. Afrihost, Axxess and WebAfrica have free 1GB accounts. Mweb has a free 7 day trial, just contact the rep. Do not try/stay away OpenWeb.

Depends, also waiting times matter, I like playing all the different game types. (Ability draft near non-existent here in South Africa for me, 30 min wait times).

basically getting asked what settings i'm using on CS to get 5ms ping (basically playing on LAN when using CW)

:)
 
I have a capped account with Axxess. No issues gaming on PS4 or streaming

Ive been playing AD for quite a while now, I played 2 yesterday back to back and i only waited like 4 min each.
 
It varies in all honesty, one day X will be tops then a week later Y would rule. Pretty sure I got 187ms on TI before but I doubt I would get that now.

Hi Trolley, setting up our trial account shouldn't take longer than a few minutes. Just follow the instructions in either of the links below and put our (prioritised for gaming) network to the test.
