I'd be more supportive of MyBB showing the SME sector some love rather than ridiculing their websites.
 
The right thing to do would actually have been a before and after feature where MyBB reached out to those SMEs and helped them fix their sites.

I find clickbait articles like this despicable and MyBB could have actually made a difference.

I always thought that MyBB had higher standards and would not lower itself to such trashy reporting.

MyBB is not a charity/NPO unfortunately.
 
A lot of these companies are just random nobodies who don't deserve to be publicly shamed. They're not trying to set some kind of design standard that would warrant being called out on the front page of a semi-major news site.

It's like walking down the street to mock bums for their poor fashion choices. It's just really bitchy. They're not on the red carpet, don't go all Joan Rivers.
