DStv and eTV don’t exist: SABC COO

Is he thick or is he just stupid?
If the SABC ceased to exist tomorrow no one would notice.
Tax payers would actually benefit.

Slightly off topic, who/how does government manage online traffic? Can they ban stuff like Twitter, Whatsapp and other social media channels like middle east dictators often do?

They would like to try but they would fail miserably.
 
Spare a thought for the poor Staff Writer who had to attend the news briefing. Bet you his job is right at the top of "10 Worst jobs in South Africa"
 
And I was happy many years ago that Mugabe wasn't South African, but now Zimbabwe must be pretty jealous because we are overflowing with people like him.
