Vodacom launches BEE share scheme

So now there is a separate stock exchange exclusively for blacks!? How is that not racist? Was this not the primary goal of apartheid and what it tried to achieve?

A racist, as they want to win spectrum.
 
Vodacom is already listed. No good can come of another holding company being listed. These people should stop expecting free handouts and then complain when things don't go according to plan.
