DStv’s new satellite will let it launch more services

Mmm, it's equivocal, but not misleading.

It's perfectly OK to say "my plane arrives at 16h30". Does not imply or suggest ownership.

I know when giving briefs to high ranking military personal I would never refer to it like that. or say "my plane is late".

and I don't see how the title is open to interpretation unless people are familiar with DSTV leasing satellite bandwidth. people that are not highly educated or informed are most likely to assume that DSTV now owns satellites.

Thanks for the vid, ijacobs3. Had to chuckle at the Three Bears metaphor. :D

i found the speed at which it travels to be interesting, 5.5 KM/s = 19800 KM/h ( if my math skills which suck are correct)

DSTV is run by a bunch of idiots! They adding more channels while people are leaving them because of their high subscriptions!
You can add as many channels like you want, but if people does not want to afford high rates that DSTV charge, something is going to give!

Others have a rather different view. I think they're a bunch of pretty smart people who are very well aware of what's driving the market, and how to optimise revenues and margins. They know that larger economic issues are causing people to drop out at the bottom end. But they also know that to keep those in the middle and upper end of the market they need to bring new services. There's very little money in catering to those at the bottom end, and very much more at the higher end. Not so dumb.
