Samsung permanently discontinues Galaxy Note 7

Perhaps they should've stuck with the Note 6 moniker?

PR problem? I think they have a RD problem,
and a commercialisation problem,
and a component sourcing problem,
and a production problem,
and a QC problem,
and a Marketing problem ......

I think its the right call, good on them.

Some other fruity manufacturers would just blame users and call it a day.

There's an article somewhere in the endless threads about this saying the battery compartment is too small, when the battery is jammed in and everything put together it gets squeezed and shorts internally.
