Come on Telkom everyone wants it. Take the market before Iburst Launches their 4G network next year July.

Struggling to get through 20Gb in 30 days, as I only use it at work.
But can't take the lesser freeme option as I need to make calls to other networks.

Lol they are completely clueless and you can't even speak to a Telkom mobile billing agent over the phone.

I returned a 5gb mifi device and sim within the 7 days cooling of period earlier this year but these idiots continue to charge me because I ordered it over the phone and their store says they can't accept the return a courier has to collect it,their courier arrives a week later and now they charge me for something that was in their control until now I'm being billed for a router and 5gb data package that I DON'T EVEN PHYSICALLY have.

I would feel better if I had the thing in hand and they were billing me that money every month.
 
FreeMe, pffft. I'm still on the package for 100 anytime any network minutes, with 1gb package. That was the smartsaver 100. Then they took away the 100 any network minutes and made it telkom to Telkom minutes only and rebranded it as FreeMe. A worse package compared to what they had.

I see that they have started charging me for Caller ID on my data contract again, just about two months after the problem was resolved.

Is this just gross incompetence or is it deliberate fraud ?

Then the router or the sim card stopped working. I took my wife to Telkom at Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark because this is where she signed the contract. The customer service lady treated us like criminals (white trash) and dit nothing to help us. Our Internet (WiFi) is still not working. As we all know racism in South Africa works only one way! "only white people can be racist" So because this was a black "lady" that helped us we can do nothing, like I said, only white people can be racist. At this point I'm very disgusted with Telkom and their service I will not recommend their racist service to anybody.

This is an ANC run department. You guys are lucky your pockets were not emptied and your shoelaces were not stolen at their shops.
 
How do you know it was racial?
I kinda think he is correct. It's my observation that if you're black you get a far better level of service from black people.
