Ubuntu, SUSE, and Fedora Linux comes to Windows Store

Buzzwords of MS propaganda. It will give command-line hacking Unix tools available for Windows. A real development projects would require fully installed Unix box for debugging new code.
 
Ubuntu, SUSE Linux, and Fedora will all be available to install directly from the Windows Store, making it easy to run Linux apps on any Windows 10 device. The Linux installations will run in a virtualized environment side by side with Windows

So not just the command line utilities...
 
But we would rather want it the other way round. Let us run Windows apps on Linux. Like Wine, but more official.

Windows does what I require from it. I'll stick to Windows till I have a need for Linux thank you.
 
This will be good in the long run. Microsoft is acknowledging that there is an appeal to why certain people want to use Linux and is trying to use that to their advantage.
