Add and edit contacts from Outlook on iOS and Android

I tried Outlook on Android once about 2 years ago. They safety measures company IT imposed were so draconian that I deleted it again after 2 days. The app was too bloated anyway. I prefer accessing company mail via a browser.
 
400MB+ download on iOS, where other apps require 10 times less and no editing contacts. Shame...
