Telkom Big Deal – 20GB and LTE router for R199

The range extender is quite nice, I upgraded one of my 10+5 deals to the 20+20 deal last month, came with new router and this wifi extender, sold my old router for cash, and used the wifi extender to cover the 1 room that had very weak wifi from the fibre router.

The 20GB + 20GB @ R299 per month is a better deal....... what can you do with 10GB + 10GB for a month??

Wait for what? Supersunbird already said it's a B315-936. You can Google ini't? Plus the repeater.

Thanks yeah i found it in the forms / telkom site not a bad router.

They says i need to wait 7 to 14 working days for the router sim ect ect to be delivered.

He probably bought it telephonically, not going into store.

Yes, it DID come with a router and extender. It still does, just that it costs more per month now.

Yes it is , but the sales agent at Telkom told me that they can still give me that option even 2-3 days after the big deal of July is history, so I am thinking, do I take the July big deal or do I go for the Home Unlimited 4Mbps uncapped deal @ R599 per month ??
 
Besides loading 500GB of data for R50 that last's 31 days, surely we can top the sim with daytime data ? I am using that sim right now, paying R14,50 for 50MB :(... Telkom why not have a selection of say : R20,00 for 200MB and R50 for 500MB ? Come on Telkom, you know you would make big bucks by doing so:)

Surely you have another sim card, you're not using this as your main data sim?

Uncapped vs 20GB? should be easy to decide, LTE has the speed however you will be worried about reaching you cap in a matter of days.
 
Not a bad deal at all, many people don't need more data than this. My parents still use the 8ta launch promo of 10gb+10gb but convincing them that wifi is better than them sharing the usb modem is beyond me.
