I'm more concerned about what you're going to do to compensate for the missing Ether and lost trades due to your platform conking out. #paybackthemoney

Best effort doesn't come without penalties. If a server provider were to have anything less than 99.9% uptime they'd refund for the entire month and we're talking crazy R500+ amounts there. So there's a big incentive to really put in best effort, this is not it.Of course it is, within reason. It's a best effort service... unless you have an SLA that the rest of us don't.

LOL @ semanticsThat's not best effort, that's an example of a penalty clause in an SLA... so, where's your SLA?

empty argumentbollocks
Nothing to argue. SLA means service level agreement. A signed document detailing the level of service you can expect to receive along with a penalty clause explaining what happens in case you dont receive that level of service. Now unless you have one, you can complain till youre blue in the face, but they're not obliged to offer you any compensation for a bad day at the office through heavy bidding traffic... thats a best effort service. Were still waiting for the copy of that SLA you say you have.empty argument
