Android 9 has launched – the details

Google has launched the latest version of Android – Android 9.

Android 9 – also called Android Pie – comes with artificial intelligence built in that lets a user’s smartphone learn how it is operated.
 
Hopefully my xz premium gets it!
Sony will update some of its major devices released in 2017 and 2018 to Android P 9.0 by Q4 2018. While the Xperia XZS and the Xperia XZ Premium might get a long wait and will probably witness the update by Q1 2019.

Seems I might be get it later!

Still waiting on LG to release Oreo, they only started releasing it last month in most places, and as usual, South Africa only gets it months after that...

Don't think I've ever heard it called sweet tarts? Especially since tarts and pies aren't the same thing. Though tart and pie can be savoury or sweet.
Wonder why they didn't go for peppermint or something that is at least a dessert pie.
 
I like it so far.
The time on the left is going to take a while to get used to though.

Good luck, Nougat was supposed to come to the G4, it never did except for maybe one variant somewhere, LG are horrible at releasing updates. Actually so are Samsung come to think about it.
 
A word of warning for FNB customers - the FNB app doesn't work (doesn't even open) on Android P.

Point being is a sweet pastry covered baked good called a pie anywhere outside of the US.

I am really just curious.
