torrents tested 100% full linespeed
limewire tested 100% full linespeed
bonus: Steam updates at full linespeed (yeh, I bet no one thought steam could update fast)
emule tested - works as fast as it can on low-id. Emule by nature does not allow high-id over proxies.
WOW/Guildwars tested 100% stable/no-packetloss - Good ping aswell.
Skype should work, didnt have time to test international calls with it. It will work the best it possibly can with the adsl constraints.

Update: We have renamed the Project to FreeVPN since that is the actual implimentation it uses.
Update: I see there is quite a few isdsl users interested in the service, all tests have been done on saix shaped connection, there is a chance that isdsl will not perform aswell as saix on the international latency tests(since isdsl have high latency international via satelite), the speedtests should be similar except if isdsl have a really different setup and well tweak that overtime.
Update: We have had multiple International users interested in this service aswell as 3G, Sentech, Iburst and even ISDN users. Feel free to signup and enjoy the benefits of FreeProxy. Im sure all of these services will benefit in some way, even if its marginal, you wont know until you have tried it.
