How do you like our cooling towers?

Are they going to maintain the paint-job over the years?

Gee, what a surprise.

It's going to look awesome in 3 years time when it starts peeling, and then it will become a litter problem which us taxpayers will have to pay for.

In the meantime, the organizers walk away with happy bank balances, and are being applauded.

This wasn't a world cup project - those towers were painted several years ago.
 
It is crap picture. It looks like it was painted by either kids or monkeys.
 
I can't see the pic, but assume its in Bloem.
Saw them last week while I was at the Military museum, very nice.
