When I was still with Telkom my line was constantly down and the final straw was when the line was down for 2 months at a time. I had 9 reference no for the same fault they said was resolved despite a technician never even bothering to pitch up. I used all the swear words you can at the call centre agents for doing absolutely nothing who I phoned every second day.

And this is not to mention the 8 months period for which I was still billed after my line was cancelled and I visited them 6 times at their branch to cancel this each time.
In the end the only department in Telkom that could assist me was their legal department as all their other departments are useless.

So &*!@ you Michael Fletcher or whatever your name is with your little problems. We know your are only putting up your website with the aim for them to fix you line and will take it off as soon as is gets fixed.

Dont know why you upset with me? We are all in the same boat. Your problems with Telkom are similar to mine. If I wrote the full story I would have had a web page as long as my leg. Ive had hassles with them from day one and Im sick of calling a support number that doesnt support. These last three weeks have just been the final straw for me and I vented. I have no intention of removing the site and its not to get them to fix my line. Its my message to Telkom - saying exactly what I feel about them in no uncertain terms.

Alot of people have been sent a link to that site and if it makes a few more aware then thats great.

I feel bad about the harsh language but I just couldnt say it any other way.
 
Thanks. Ive received a lot of comments both supportive and amusing and Im sure its because we are all in the same boat to a greater or lesser extent.

I just hope it kicks up a stink in Telkom Towers. Bracing myself for the fallout though :p

Oh its my real name, would be cowardly otherwise. My contact details are also easily available. They dont even need a PI to find me.

Maybe I will be forced to take it down or maybe Uniforum will do it for me, who knows...as long as they get the message first.
