Government comments ‘inexplicable’

If we ignore some of the legal technicalities in Khumalo's statements for a moment... in my experience the MP's in parliament have the right idea about telecoms, they just can't seem to get ICASA and the DoC to wake up and see the bigger picture.
 
these statements evidence a mind stuck in the telecommunications act - i like the spirit of the statements but talking about fixed and mobile licenses has no place under the new act

and if VANS are allowed to self-provide please just say so - would make life so much easier if the DoC itself cleaned up the mess it has made

Ya i think his heart was in the right place, but clearly hasnt done his homework for a couple years.
 
Since when did peeps in gov need to have any relevant knowledge about the dribble that is put out in speaches....ai sadness
 
this is the start of a butt covering campaign, which will start soon (as indicated by the quote of one year) heck you could write a book on....
 
Seems the Poison Ivy unclarification-disease has spread to ANC members of the PPCC, I was under the impression that it was limited to the Dementia of Communistications and its lapdog !CASA, but now it has clearly spread upwards and into the PPCC, surely there must be a sangoma somewhere that has some mootea to cure this disease?

If you send that email to government, they send you right back asking who are poison ivy and stalin malofe - "we do not have any perssonel by that name" hehehe
