Local Only bandwith

Ok, today Im being very stupid again :p

What does fall under local only bandwith that are given by Telkom / etc. as they give you?

Specifically talking about gaming servers. Which ones, ie. IS, SAIX, and what else/?

Also , is it different depending on ISP?

It's time that I try to get ADSL . I have given up on my useless WISP (they dont help), also nobody can help me with Wimax.... SO ADSL is the only option.

Basically anything hosted in SA, which isn't all SA websites btw. Both IS & SAIX gaming servers should be, news servers too.

Ok, Im thinking of getting unshaped account for international (Guild wars and CNC3). Will unshaped be worth it, meaning the extra costs involved. I mean for international only, then I can get local account (shaped) for local sites.

Also, what ISPs provide cheap unshaped accounts.
