Union challenges Vodacom over non-white shares

Thats like saying screw the white people doing business with us, who needs them aslong as we can do deals with BEE places.
 
At this stage I see no mediate future for white South Africans.
You cant even buy a petrol station these days if you not black and that's from big international firms like TOTAL, BP and Shell.
The government is definitely starting to create new racist in this country, I only see a bleak future if this continues....
 
Good!!! I also want to know who decided that the funded option is the only option available!!!

They secluded the entire Muslim public from this share scheme, and AFAIK they the only organisation to do so!!!

I kept some money for Voda shares, I should have just put it in with the rest of my Sasol shares, what a waste!:mad:

Yup... and they're (the government) are also doing a fine job of stuffing up this country... but it, and everything else, will be blamed on apartheid, even though it ended ages ago.

It is not permissible to enter into a share scheme with accrued interest.
Interest in any way is prohibited in Islam. Yebo Yethu has funded the shares making it "cheaper but they need to make their money back in the next 5 years. Sasol did a similar thing but they also had a cash option which I bought. Voda has no cash option available.

The funny thing is that most of the people who is always referring back to apartheid was not even born when it all happened.
They are really trying to make this place like Zim and getting it right...
All I can say is one day someone is going to stand up against all of this and then we are going to have a civil war. Hopefully not, but that is a reality.
Now how do you blame someone for leaving this country?
In the local news paper they where talking about Indians and black people starting to leave the country. Its not just white people who is getting fed up with this show!

I actually have a few black friends who are also sick of the government blaming all their screw ups on apartheid and whites.
 
I am classified as being "black", I am actually an awesome light brown, anyways..I am also sick of BEE. Lots of people are just becomin way too lazy to ever start-up stuff on their own.

The lots of stories from the "black" community that had it going on even in the days of the Nats...My family pushed hard at their bizz and no, we are not related to any old bantu-stan rulers..

We made our cash the real way..hard work.
 
Sigh...if Chinese people can benefit from BEE the whole "B" part is quite pointless, so they can't use that as an argument. Poor is poor.
