The video chat is quite cool, I use it pretty much every day.
File sharing is also good.

Clearly a whole bunch of people got new computers and their tech-savvy friends/children haven't changed the browser preferences yet

here`s to hoping microsoft will soon start paying our local PC suppliers to set homepages to live.com, to preinstall live apps. and to make sure the clients are setup with a live ID
