Microsoft Live gets social make-over

Windows Live Messenger 2009 (previously MSN) is in beta and available from download.live.com

Might I say that it is darn sexy.

Multi-signin on the new Messenger is prob, for me, its killer new feature....

The Microsoft Live overhaul comes as the US software giant's third-place online search engine gained ground for a second consecutive month in October.

Clearly a whole bunch of people got new computers and their tech-savvy friends/children haven't changed the browser preferences yet :D

here`s to hoping microsoft will soon start paying our local PC suppliers to set homepages to live.com, to preinstall live apps. and to make sure the clients are setup with a live ID
