I started "gyming" at home again, though it's mostly cardio and muscle-building.

I mix my routine, upper body is weight training and so are my legs. Included 30 to 45 minute cardio sessions as well. At each session
I don't have the luxury of doing my legs, cos I'm doing it all at home. I do have an exercise bike (which I hardly use), a threadmill and some dumbbells.

muscle can't turn into fat. so if you stop gyming you must change your eating habits, as you ate more while gyming, so obviously you must eat less when you stop.
but the question is, why stop??
yeah, why stop? if you have got some other sporting/physical activity to do then you can tone it down but you shouldn't stop, that just means you are not committedanyone here do early morning workouts??
