S&P re-rating knocks Telkom stock

So they have debt, yet they're making a profit?
And they're taking the money from the sale, giving it to shareholders and then spending the rest on more infrastructure?
This really doesn't sound like good or sound, or even stable, business practice in my opinon.
 
Getting rid of the foreign debt(good for ZA) and short term debt(usually higher interest rate) is the first thing I would do.
