MTN gets the nod for I-Talk

Micro-lender or not, still this wouldnt have lowered the contract costs. After all, the packages comes from networks (e.g. MTN) not SPs

aaaa the smell of money to be made

I realy hate i-Talk. I gave the i-Talk contract to family members, because I hate i-Talk so much.

I rather wanted one with MTN Direct.

Website is rubbish, service requests take ages.... aaarrh!

I saw iTalk's specials ad/booklet thingy, Ontop of each special they have a quote to describe the deal, on of the deals was described as "****** Amazing Deal", now bare in mind they used the actual ****** in the add, but i just thought that is quite unprofessional.

maybe now we can get some better service from Italk once the MTN call centre takes over. And maybe even some email statements....instead of bulky post?

I would just like to point out, that they (MTN) did not get me for I-Talk. I'm not that cheap.

Pic?

I'll see if i can scan it in for you, just to clarify they did use the actual asterisks and its not the forum doing that. I still think thats an unprofessional way to speak to clients.
