I've been surfng their website, and it has to be the slowest I've come across.
That might explain why it is free...

But still. This is something new in South Afrifca, afaik.

I see they're advertising this on Gumtree - here's the wording:

Try highlighting the page, maybe the Terms and Conditions are written in white :D
 
The fact that they have neither Terms and Conditions nor a Privacy Policy and require a copy of your ID makes me wonder ;)

Identity theft can be prevented!
 
Well, the forms all indicate that it is being run by Interprise (PTY) Ltd, an ISP operating from a house in Jan Smuts Avenue between Rosebank and Hyde Park.

So they are legit, and have been around for a while (I've seen them there for a few years now).

However, T&C seems a bit "thin"....
 
It has been posted before as well afaik.... confirmed legit back then already.
