Neotel... New Representation

Hi guys thought this may be of interest to you.

I have it on good authority that the neotel rep has been changed and new representaion is in place.

I think this is absolutely great as the sudden jump in neotel's responsiveness is an obvious benefit.

So i put this to you... Try being a little more understanding as the rep is new and has obviously got to get used to the way things work and get into neotel mode. Also try looking at your posts and the underlying attitude as you may be missdirecting past frustrations at the old rep towards the new.

To the rep I say welcome and congrats on your position. May your presence on the forums be a sign of good things to come. ;)
 
I agree with you completely boet.

With the Neotel rep, new or old, I have always tried to be, and will try to be nice and patient with him.

To the new rep I say as well, welcome buddy, remember, we all want the same thing at the end of the day - To enjoy Neotel's services - please help us get to that point.
 
I agree, no issues will be sorted out by continually bashing Neotel. This reminds me of something I read in Michael Crichton's Rising Sun quite a while ago, but it went something in the line of:

"In America, it's all about who f#$@ed up and how to f$#@ them up. In Japan it's about what's f$@#ed up and how to fix it."

This new Neotel rep is just awesome... he has made more effort in 2 days than anything that I've seen in a while.
